Shipping Policy -​ Can I track my order? 

 

Yes! Once your order has been carefully packed and handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking to be updated and activated. If you haven’t received your tracking information after a few days, feel free to contact us at

Which delivery options do you offer?

 

We work with trusted international and local shipping partners, depending on your country and the size or type of the artwork. 

You will be able to choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.

How long is delivery time?

 

Estimated delivery times:

  • France: 2-4 working days

  • Greece & Europe: 3-7 working days

  • USA & Canada: 5-10 working days

  • Australia & rest of the world: 7-15 working days

Please note we will notify you personally in case of any unexpected delays.

How much does shipping cost? 

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and the size/weight of the artwork.
All artworks are carefully packaged in secure and protective boxes or tubes to ensure safe delivery.

Please note: we currently ship all orders on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Customs & Import Duties 

 

All international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that customs duties, import taxes and local handling fees are not included in the price and may be charged upon delivery by your country’s customs office.

These charges vary depending on the destination country and the total value of your order and are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not cover these additional costs and have no control over the amount that may be charged.

If you’re unsure about what import charges may apply in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.

What happens if I don't pick up my parcel? 

 

All artworks are handled with great care and shipped securely. If your package is returned to us because it was not collected in time or due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and the additional fee for resending the order.

In this case, we will contact you directly to arrange a second delivery. A new shipment will only be sent once these costs are covered.

Due to the unique and high-value nature of the artworks, refunds are not automatically issued in the event of a return. Each case will be handled individually depending on the condition of the returned item and shipping circumstances.

We kindly ask you to double-check your delivery address before confirming your order and to monitor your tracking link to ensure smooth delivery.

What happens if my package arrives damaged?

We take great care in packing each artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at
hello@noemieaur.com within 2 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the package and the damaged item

  • A short description of the issue

As soon as we receive your message and documentation, we will review and process your request.
